NATUNA, KABARTERKINI.co.id – Kepala Badan Pertanahan Nasional (BPN) Natuna Purwoto menggelar upacara peringatan Hari Agraria dan Tata Ruang (Hantaru), serta membagikan sertifikat tanah, hasil redistribusi lahan. Sebagai inspektur upacara, Wakil Bupati Natuna Rodhial Huda.
“Kita memperingati Hantaru, sejalan dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 5 tahun 1960 tentang Undang-Undang Pokok Agraria (UUPA) ke 61. Lalu kita bagikan 1003 sertifikat tanah dari redistribusi lahan,” kata Purwoto melalui keterangan tertulis, Jumat 24 September 2021.
Karena acara serentak se-Indonesia, menurutnya, pembagian sertifikat diserahkan secara virtual dan simbolis oleh Presiden Republik Indonesia Joko Widodo dari Istana Negara Bogor pada Rabu 22 September kemarin.
Sedangkan hasil redistribusi di kabupaten perbatasan ini, pihaknya menyerahkan sertifikat hak atas tanah instansi Pemerintah RI Cq Kementerian Pertanahan sebanyak 1 bidang. Sertifikat hak atas tanah instansi Pemerintah RI Cq Kementerian Agama sebanyak 2 bidang.
Sementara dari Program Strategis Nasional (PSN) melalui Pendaftaran Tanah Sistem Lengkap (PTSL) diterbitkan 1.396 sertipikat. Hak atas tanah Barang Milik Negara (BMN) 8 sertifikat. Hak atas tanah PT PLN (Persero) 12 sertifikat. Hak atas tanah Pemerintah Kabupaten Natuna 46 sertifikat.
“Semoga peringatan Hantaru ini, dapat memberikan terbaik bagi masyarakat dalam bidang pertanahan,” kata Purwoto sambil menambahkan, pada 1 Oktober 2021, pihaknya akan menggelar Family Gathering, yang akan diikuti seluruh ASN BPN Natuna. (*zani)
