Kabarterkini.co.id, Jakarta – Presiden Joko Widodo (Jokowi) menilai, penyerapan anggaran stimulus penanganan Covid-19 masih belum optimal. Anggaran dengan jumlah Rp695 triliun seharusnya dapat diserap dengan cepat demi mengatasi penyebaran lebih lanjut dari pandemi beserta dampak ditimbulkannya.
Hal itu disampaikan Jokowi saat memberikan arahan kepada Komite Penanganan Covid-19 dan Pemulihan Ekonomi Nasional melalui rapat terbatas digelar melalui konferensi video dari Istana Merdeka, Jakarta, Senin.27 Juli 2020.
“Data terakhir saya terima pada 22 Juli, dari total stimulus penanganan Covid-19, yaitu sebesar Rp695 triliun, yang terealisasi baru Rp136 triliun, artinya baru 19 persen,” ujarnya di lansir dari BPMI Setpres.
Jokowi lantas memerinci serapan anggaran itu, di antaranya di bidang perlindungan sosial, baru terserap 38 persen, UMKM 25 persen, kesehatan 7 persen, dan insentif dunia usaha 13 persen. Demikian hal dengan dukungan sektoral dan pemerintah daerah juga baru terserap 6,5 persen.
“Ini yang harus segera diatasi Komite dengan melakukan langkah-langkah terobosan, bekerja lebih cepat, sehingga serapan anggaran belum optimal tadi betul-betul segera diselesaikan,” tuturnya.
Kepala Negara mengingatkan, apabila persoalan regulasi dan administrasi menjadi kendala penyerapan anggaran, maka regulasi tersebut harus direvisi agar muncul kecepatan dalam pengelolaan anggaran penanganan dampak pandemi Covid-19.
“Lakukan perbaikan dan jangan sampai ada yang namanya ego sektoral atau ego daerah. Saya kira penting sekali ini segera diselesaikan sehingga aura dalam menangani krisis ini betul-betul ada,” pungkasnya. (*andy surya)
